The concentrated jam kettles are made of 99.9% food grade copper with a thickness of 1.2 mm and are available in single and double jacket designs. The firebox can be made of steel with aluminium coating or a better variant - stainless steel (thickness 1,5-2 mm). The boiler can be purchased without stirring or with a motorized electric stirrer.
