Basic element of this multifunction device is furnace which is shared for all the components. You can install to the furnace the following components: smoke house, sieve for grilling, lava stone and copper or enamelled goulash pot. Heating of this multifunction device can be ensured by wood, wood coal or gas burner. You can purchase multifunction device as a complete set or as a smoke house only.
Smoke house is attached to the furnace using the clip fasteners and inside is rotating mechanism which is comfortable for using during the smoking process. In the bottom part is plate for catch escaping fat. It is also possible to insert the sieve inside the smoke house (for surcharge) and use this device as a fruit dryer. Temperature regulation is ensured by flap in chimney.
Using lava stone the food is not in direct contact with fire and surface temperature is steady. This is a modern way of grilling. If you want to grill on direct fire you can use stainless steel sieve.
