Copper sieves

Copper vaulted sieves are used for single-walled boilers only. Sieve is on the bottom of boiler. After filling the boiler with ferment the part of washy juice flow through under the sieve and create layer which partly replaces double-walled bottom. This way you do not burn the ferment because the solid parts of ferment do not get to the direct contact with bottom. You can do the distilling process even without stirring.
