Distillery - single boiler system

Distillation columns in one boiler version are the most used for distilleries. We ensure the complete implementation of required distilling devices to our customers. At first we can help you the best technical solution which is the most suitable to your requirements. We can also help you with construction conversions including the distribution planning of water, waste-water channels, gas and electricity. As soon as the distilling device is finished so we will transport the device to customer´s place including complete installation. Nearly always we assist to the first distilling process and give the operating training.

Distillation columns are commonly delivered as a double, three or four stage device with dephlegmator and catalyzer. You can wash each distillation tray separately with water shower head. Upon customer´s request we can install the motor stirring, lighting of rectification distillation trays and other accessories. Scheme of distillation column and its parts are described below. This is three stage distillation column with deflection head and catalyzer, vacuum induction of ferment, cooler, tank for faints and alcoholometer.



In our photo gallery you can see single-walled boilers with motor stirring or double-walled boilers with motor stirring which is for surcharge. The most delivered volumes of boilers are: 160 L, 180 L, 200 L, 220 L, 300 L, 320 L a 380 L.  Approximate dimensions of space which is required for distilling device installation are 3,5m x 4m x lenght 3,2m.

Our the biggest advantage and difference comparing to competitor´s producers is the fact that we use for production of distilling columns, boilers and covers the copper sheets in thickness 2,5 - 5 mm which ensure high quality and fineness of spirit and long lifetime of distilling device as well.
