Double-walled boilers

The double-walled boilers´heating is ensured through the water which is between outer and inner wall. Advantage of these boilers is the fact that you can´t burn the filling during the heating and it is not necessary to stir. The boiler can be equipped with solid fuel heating, with gas burner or with electric heating coil. Heating of some versions is possible to combine. We can offer the double walled boilers with volume of 25 L, 30 L, 50 L, 70 L, 90 L, 110 L, 130 L a 150 L. The boilers are available in tipping version or equipped with escape valve 2"-3". You can only fill the boiler for 80% of its total volume.

Distilling set includes:

Copper boiler - hand hammered, produced from copper 99,9 for food industry.( 1,5mm )
Furnace - produced fromsheet with thickness of 2 mm. The furnace covering can be produced from steel or stainless steel.
Water cooler - ensures perfect condensation with very small water consumption. Cooler is delivered including the holder and copper try box for alcoholometer.
Try box - enables measuring of alcohol and temperature of distillate at the end of cooler.
Copper connecting tubing - condensation of heavy alcohols runs here.The diameter of tubing is 28 mm, settled with brass cone screwing.
Thermometer - located in the cap of distilling boiler. You can check the temperature of alcohol steam.
Receptacle without pressure - with work pressure max.0,4 bar is equipped with system for filling up the water and pressure control (using safety valve with checking manometer). The boiler can be produced from stainless steel or steel plate. The space between outside and inside wall is filled with water.
Deflection head - steam uplift fixed on the copper cover of boiler which prevent penetrating heavy alcohols into the cooler.

We can install hand or electric stirring equipment to the side of boiler. The stirring equipment is not necessary.
Sight-glass DN 50 can be also installed to the steam uplift for additional surcharge as well as the gas burner for natural gas or propane butane.

Double-walled boiler with draining valve and special shape of the aroma cap. Stainless steel coat and disc-type cooler. Heating with the solid fuels, semiautomatic control of the cooler temperature (Danfoss termovalve), pouring neck dia. 250 mm, motor stirring, digital termometer, sight glass DN 100, trybox and draining valve.

Electric double-walled boilers (or combined heating)

The boilers are equipped with two heaters with electric output from 6 kW to 12 kW according to boiler´s volume. Water temperature between outside and inside wall is controlled by thermoregulator and protection is through the fuse-box. We can modify the output of heaters according to customer´s request. Power supply is 400V. The boiler is delivered with escape valve only. The boiler´s outside wall is made from stainless steel or steel plate with surface finishing. Coolers are delivered according to customer´s request. Standard cooler is zinc-galvanized receptacle with copper spiral of 7 meters lenght inside. Disc type stainless steel cooler can be delivered for surcharge. The advantages of these boilers are : no chimney is needed and perfect distilling regulation.

Electric boiler - steel outside wall

Copper boiler in water bath. Outside wall is made from steel sheet including connecting copper tubing and cooler. Zinc-galvanized tank with copper spiral. Copper try box is included. Electric power 400V.

Distillation pots 25 and 30 litres (heating electric, gas, solid fuels)

These distillation pots are suitable for distilling of smaller quantity of fruits like raspberries, strawberries, apricots, pears, cherry etc. These pots can be delivered with gas heating, electric or solid fuels heating or combined. The boilers are double-walled so you do not have to stir the ferment. Inside wall of the distilling pot is always made from copper and outside wall is from stainless steel plate.
