Single-walled boilers

We can produce tipping boilers or the boilers with escape valve. The following volumes of boilers are available: 50 L, 70 L, 90 L, 110 L, 130 L a 150 L. Of course we can produce even bigger volumes of boilers according to customer´s request. All the accessories are included to the complete boiler device delivery. The boilers can be heated with solid fuels or with gas burners. The boilers are delivered with hand stirring. We can also install electric motor 230V with gearbox, try box for alcoholometer, stand for cooler and so on.

The boiler body is always produced from copper sheet with thickness of 1,2 mm. Furnace of boiler is made from steel or stainless steel sheet with thickness of 2 mm. The boiler device construction can be modified according to your specific requests. We also usually produce non standard versions concerning the different escape valve location or different chimney pipe location and so on.

Single-walled tipping boiler including connecting tube with screw union and cooler. Copper tube in zinc galvanized tank with volume of 120 l. Standard delivery of boiler is with hand stirring equipment along with thermometer installed in cover.

Single walled boiler, hand stirring with 3" escape valve. Including cooler and connecting copper tubing with screw union. Copper spiral in zinc-galvanized tank with volume of 120 L. Termometer in cover of boiler.
