For distilling device with boiler volume 180 L and bigger we reccomend to install the vacuum ferment intake. It consists from a few basic parts according to the drawing that you can see below.

Main element of this system is vacuum air pump which is available in a few versions. Vacuum air pump is delivered along with equalizing vessel for water. Vacuum air pump sucks air from the tubing and through the safety (separating) chamber produces vacuum in master tank. This vacuum sucks the ferment from supply tank.
We produce the master tanks with volume of 180 - 1200 L. Master tank can be equipped with float mechanism which automatically turns off the vacuum air pump when the master tank is full. Master tank can be preheated with waste heat from boiler. Master tank is also possible to equipped with washing and sight glass DN100. If master tank is not equipped with automatic checking system and operator will miss to turn off the sucking process in time so vacuum air pump is protected with safety tank. Then you can drain the safety tank using the escape valve.
